Our goal is to offer this service to our customers
who cannot afford the time or money to set up
and maintain their own Products information, upload
new images, and constantly update their site with
new products sales, but want to access the power
of BulbSmart Platform to provide instant gratification
to their customers. The other element is our desire
to be a valuable piece to companies wish to provide
e-commerce capabilities for their products without
being chained to the administrative process all
day.

How Does Bulbsmart E-commerce Platform Work?
Bulbsmart is preloaded with all of GE
and Osram Sylvania product
details and pricing into our Platform site. You
provide us a Design, look and feel of the home
page you would like your Bulbs site to look like,
or we can design a virtual storefront for your
company. The customer will feel like they are
ordering directly from you.
We will include a link to your current web site
if you would like, or it will be a new created
Bulbs E-commerce site. When the user places an
order you are instantly sent an e-mail with the
customer's order details. You are provided a login
password to access the Bulbsmart Administration
site where you can update your company and product
information, as well as generate various reports.

How Am I Paid?
Sales are deposited into your own Merchant Account,
a payment for all revenue collected minus the
credit card processing fees. Your Company pays
no commission fees. We will require a Credit card
on file for our Monthly Fee. Your Credit Card
will be charged a fee once a Month at the beginning
of every month.

How Much Does It Cost?
You only pay us the $49.99 Monthly
fee, plus the one upfront fee of $650
to design the site to have your company
logo, look and feel. This is your site, this is
NOT an affiliate solution, and you own the license
of that store.
In addition to our minimal fees, there is a standard
credit card transaction fee on all transactions.
These Credit Cards Transaction fees are charged
by VISA/MC/AMEX/DISC, which all merchants must
pay (various banks charge various fees and commissions
– you setup your own agreement with these
companies (range between 2.1% and 3% per transaction).

Can customers purchase
by phone?
Yes, however, all Sales must
be entered into the System, meaning through the
website manually, so we can track the Sales, and
orders are processed on time with zero effort
on your part.

Can I Use My Existing
Merchant Account?
Yes - And you save money doing
so! All credit card charges are processed through
your merchant account when a customer purchases
online. The money is deposited directly into your
bank account and you can negotiate the credit
card processing discount fee with your bank. In
this configuration, please contact your bank to
see if they support one of the compatible payment
gateways.

What is involved in
using my own merchant account?
If you already accept credit cards and plan to
continue processing credit cards at your site,
verify with your bank that you can add a second
location to your existing merchant account. Bulbsmart
E-commerce Platform will be the second location.
Your merchant account must support one of the
compatible payment gateways.
